Alzheimer’s Is Sometimes Inevitable
We are living longer and longer and it seems that retirement last as long as your working life. Unfortunately while medical science seems to have come on leaps and bounds in helping the aged keep as mobile as possible, mental disorders often associated with age seem to be difficult if not impossible to conquer.
Perhaps it is natures way of telling us that we are not yet ready to live as long as we are.
Alzheimer’s is a big issue when it comes to aging. And statistics indicate that once you’re 85, your chances of being afflicted with treacherous Alzheimer’s is around 50/50.
Those a really pretty horrendous odds and if you have ever known somebody who has suffered with this affliction you will know it is not pleasant for the patient or family.
Your diet can have a detrimental effect on your body and mind. You can even increase the chances of acquiring Alzheimer’s by drinking too much coffee. The caffeine pulls the water from your muscles and brain, and we all know how much our bodies yearn for water.
So drink plenty of water and go online to find out as much as you can about this illness so you an in the first instance avoid it as much as is physically possible and also to understand it so you can better understand the problems if those around you succumb.
